My name is Libby Fisher and I have been a freelance web designer in Spokane for four years.

I design and develop beautiful and effective websites for small businesses and organizations. I strongly believe that an online presence by means of a website and social media is an important element of a business’ or organization’s growth, marketing strategy, and longevity.
